Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase and shop with confidence. If the style, size, or fit of your new swimwear isn’t just right, we’re happy to accept returns of all unworn and unaltered Island Karresse merchandise in original condition, with original tags attached and protective hygienic liner intact.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the original ship date. Your account will be refunded once your return has been processed by our facilities and found to be in its original selling condition. Initial shipping fees are not refundable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
